Managing Director KIRSTY GRIEVE has worked in the food industry since 1996, first as a product developer for Sainsbury’s and then as Regional Food & Drink Manager for Food from Britain. Co-Director MARY MACNEAL has also worked within the regional food arena for many years coordinating Food & Drink Expo facilities and other events. A Somerset beef farmer herself for 20 years, her producer contacts and knowledge are invaluable. Her expertise includes: • event & exhibition management • exporting • product sourcing.
